Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and bdko ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing bdko, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bdko operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions on bdko are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally integrated payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These Terms apply to all users of bdko regardless of the device or network used to access the platform — including users accessing from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations across Bangladesh.

1. Eligibility

Access to bdko is restricted to eligible individuals only. To register and use the bdko platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdko will request identity verification documents to confirm age and identity where required.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agents, and automated systems are not permitted to register or place bets on bdko.
• You must not be excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion arrangement or external exclusion programme currently active on your account.
• You must not be using bdko in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdko complies with local laws applicable to you.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one active account on bdko. Registering more than one account is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. bdko reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the details provided.

• You must register using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number serves as your primary account identifier and is used for account verification and support communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdko account credentials, including your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. bdko will never ask for your password via phone, SMS, or any messaging platform.
• bdko may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. KYC verification typically requires a copy of a valid national identity document.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a period of 180 consecutive days may be flagged as dormant. bdko will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered mobile number before applying any dormant account policy.
• You must notify bdko immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Until bdko is notified, all activity conducted through your account remains your responsibility.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bdko are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdko supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Clause 3.1 Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit amount on bdko is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdko, although your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bdko account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during normal business hours.

• Clause 3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

  The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bdko processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if account verification is required.

• Clause 3.3 Withdrawal Verification

  bdko reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where verification documents have not been provided or are pending review, bdko may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal until verification is complete. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied consistently across all accounts.

• Clause 3.4 Transaction Disputes

  If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet but has not been credited to your bdko account within 30 minutes, contact bdko support immediately with your payment provider transaction reference. bdko will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving a valid transaction reference. bdko is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own network or system downtime.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdko may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bdko bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may be subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player per household unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared payment methods is a violation of these Terms.
• bdko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, withdrawal of that specific bonus will not apply retroactively unless fraud or a T&C violation is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player who has previously held a bdko account — even under a different mobile number or identity — is not entitled to claim a new player welcome bonus.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity conducted on bdko. By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

• Clause 5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

  All bets placed on bdko are subject to acceptance by the platform. bdko reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by players identified as professional bettors or those whose account activity suggests systematic exploitation of odds. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as declared by the recognised governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for BPL matches, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for IPL matches, or FIFA for international football events.

• Clause 5.2 Void Bets

  A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in circumstances including: an event being cancelled or abandoned before completion, a clear technical or pricing error identified by bdko, or an event result being overturned by the governing body after settlement. bdko's decision on voided bets is final. Void bets do not count toward the fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirement.

• Clause 5.3 Live Betting

  Live (in-play) betting is available on selected events. Odds for live events are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly within short periods. Once a live bet is confirmed and accepted by bdko, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bdko may suspend live betting markets at any time, including during periods of high volatility or where the integrity of the event is in question.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdko and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number, device, or IP address.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a way that is not permitted for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating that gives an unfair advantage in betting or casino game outcomes.
• Using the bdko platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or transactions related to illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bdko support.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bdko may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: a confirmed breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request; suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct; receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider; or where bdko is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, at the player's own request or following a self-exclusion application — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdko is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed directly from the account settings section after logging in:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your total spend on bdko.
• Session time reminders — set a notification to alert you when you have been logged in to bdko for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from bdko. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. bdko will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts.

9. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the bdko platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and the bdko brand name — is the intellectual property of bdko or its licensed content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any bdko content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bdko's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

bdko collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. bdko uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect player data. bdko does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdko's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdko is not liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; interruption of service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside bdko's reasonable control; or any indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. bdko makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh where online gambling may be restricted or prohibited.

11. Changes to These Terms

bdko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdko will endeavour to provide advance notice via a notice displayed on the platform or via a message to your registered mobile number. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bdko after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the bdko platform and may request account closure by contacting bdko support.
